Conveyor Speed and Process Monitoring at Inland Powder Coating
Inland Powder Coating runs seven assembly lines out of a 5-acre facility in Ontario, California, and recorded every measurable by hand into a FileMaker ERP. They wanted to know how fast their conveyors were actually running. Wired instrumentation had been quoted before and came back too expensive and too invasive to put on lines that were already booked. We mounted rotary encoders on three conveyors, went wireless everywhere after that, and delivered the readings into the ERP their team already had open all day. Phase two followed, then a signed LOI for three more plants.

Smart Maintenance and Asset Tracking for Stanley Black & Decker
CRC Evans, part of Stanley Black & Decker's oil and gas division, ran pipeline equipment maintenance on shared spreadsheets. Machines came back to Tulsa and nobody could say whether they had already been serviced or which parts had been swapped, so the work got done twice. We instrumented welding machines and pipe benders to count welds and bends, tracked them across a 20/80 cellular coverage map with satellite backhaul, integrated to SAP, and built a pricing model around a fleet that sits idle 70% of the time. The pilot ran past its term and turned into three reorders.

XBee Mesh Methane Monitoring for EOG Resources
EOG Resources built their own emissions monitoring system in-house on ESP32 chips and Wi-Fi routers. It worked in the first deployments, then stopped scaling. We kept their sensors, replaced the transport layer, and changed our own recommended radio partway through when field testing showed LoRaWAN dropping 30 to 40% of packets at the reporting rate they needed. The XBee mesh we shipped instead holds 98 to 99% throughput at one-second reporting, on wellhead pads with no cellular coverage at all.
